2. Legal framework
We process personal data in accordance with Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection (in force since 23 August 2026, replacing Law No. 133/2011) and other applicable legislation.
3. Data we collect
Depending on how you interact with the website, we may collect:
- Booking data: first and last name, phone number, email address, home address, identity document and driving licence data — required to conclude and perform the rental agreement;
- Account data: name and email (if you create an account);
- Communication data: the content of messages sent through the contact form, email or phone;
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited — in server logs, for security and operation;
- Cookies and analytics/marketing data — only with your consent (see the Cookie Policy).

5. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data. We may share it with:
- our hosting provider (mn.host.md, Republic of Moldova);
- MAIB payment processor (for online card payments);
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager), Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) and Yandex (Yandex.Metrica) — for analytics and advertising, only with your consent;
- email service providers;
- public authorities, upon lawful request.
For maps we use the Leaflet library (self-hosted) and mapping services (CARTO / OpenStreetMap); your IP address may be transmitted to those providers.

Some providers (Google, Meta, Yandex) may process data outside the Republic of Moldova. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).
7. Retention periods
- Booking and contract data — for the term of the contract and thereafter as required by law (up to 5 years);
- Identity document copies — for the rental period, then deleted, except in case of disputes;
- Account data — until account deletion and for 3 more years;
- Server logs — up to 12 months;
- Cookies and analytics data — as per the Cookie Policy (up to 24 months);
- Marketing data — until consent is withdrawn;
- Consent log — at least 3 years after processing ends.
8. Your rights
Under Law No. 195/2024 you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase data (the “right to be forgotten”);
- restrict processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing, including direct marketing;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: HTTPS encryption, restricted access, backups, system updates. In case of a data breach posing a risk, we notify CNPDCP within 72 hours and, where required, the affected individuals.
